Summer 2026: Guardforce on the Ground
From sell-out stadium shows and major festivals to Pride celebrations and outdoor events, summer 2026 has been an exceptionally busy season for Guardforce Security.
Across the summer, our teams have been deployed at some of the UK’s most recognisable venues and events, supporting organisers, venues and attendees with professional, dependable security and event operations.
With thousands of people passing through gates and venues each week, every deployment has brought different challenges and operational requirements. Throughout it all, our focus has remained the same: helping our clients deliver safe, secure and enjoyable experiences.
Supporting events on a stadium scale
Stadium events have formed a major part of our 2026 calendar.
Guardforce teams supported four nights of Zach Bryan, spanning Anfield, Murrayfield and two shows at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We were also on the ground for Gorillaz at Tottenham, alongside Luke Combs at Murrayfield and Wembley.
Events of this scale require careful coordination, experienced personnel and teams that can adapt quickly to busy environments. From arrival through to final close, our operatives worked alongside clients and event partners to support smooth operations and help create a safe environment for thousands of attendees..
A packed festival season
Away from the stadiums, Guardforce teams have travelled across the country supporting an extensive programme of festivals and outdoor events.
Our summer calendar included Eddfest at Knebworth, Boardmasters, Tramlines, Truck Festival, Y Not Festival, Houghton Festival, Hide & Seek, the Brockwell series and Krankbrother Finsbury Park Weekender.
Each event is different. Crowd profiles, locations, capacities and operational requirements can vary considerably, making experienced and adaptable security teams an important part of successful event delivery.
Whether supporting a major festival or a more intimate outdoor event, our operatives have been there from gates open through to final close.
Supporting Pride
We were also proud to support Brighton Pride and London Pride this summer, working amongst the crowds and celebrations at two of the UK’s biggest Pride events.
For our teams, deployments like these are about more than maintaining security. Professionalism, approachability and positive engagement all pay an important role in creating an environment where people feel safe and can enjoy the event.
Beyond front-line event security
Not all of Guardforce’s work takes place front of house.
Alongside our visible event security operations, our teams have also delivered revenue protection across bars at multiple events throughout the year.
Working behind the scenes, this provides clients with an additional layer of oversight in busy hospitality environments, helping to protect event revenue while supporting wider venue operations.
